1. Acceptance of terms

These terms apply when you hire Turex Technologies (formerly Lynxnet Innovations), use turextech.com or sign in to the client or partner portal. By accepting a quote, paying an invoice or using the portal, you agree to them. A signed proposal or contract for your project takes priority where it says something different.

2. Our services

We provide software development, graphic design and social media management. The scope, deliverables, timeline and price of each project are set out in its quote or proposal.

Work outside that scope is quoted separately before we start it. We share progress, milestones and files in your portal.

3. Quotes, payments & refunds

• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless they say otherwise. Prices are in Ghana cedis unless stated.
• Most projects start with a deposit, with the balance invoiced as milestones are approved. Retainers are billed monthly in advance.
• Payments are processed by Paystack (card, mobile money or bank). We never see or store your card or wallet details.
• Deposits cover work already scheduled and are not refundable once that work has started. If we cannot deliver an agreed milestone, we refund what you paid for it.
• Overdue invoices may pause work, scheduled posts and hosting until they are settled.

4. Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate information, the content and access we need, and feedback within the agreed review windows.
• Make sure you have the rights to anything you send us, such as logos, photos, text and brand assets.
• Keep your portal login private. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Approve social media posts in the portal before their scheduled time; we only publish what you approve.

5. Intellectual property

Once your invoices for a deliverable are paid in full, ownership of the final deliverable passes to you. Until then, we keep ownership and license it to you for review.

We keep ownership of our own tools, libraries and know-how, and license them to you as part of what we deliver. Unless you ask us not to in writing, we may show finished work in our portfolio.

6. Confidentiality

We keep your business information, files and login details confidential and share them only with the team members and service providers who need them to deliver your project. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.

7. Limitation of liability

We deliver our services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits. Third-party platforms such as Meta, TikTok, hosting providers and payment processors are outside our control.

8. Termination

Either side can end a project or retainer with written notice. You pay for work done up to that point, and we hand over completed deliverables that are paid for. Retainers end at the close of the paid month.
